Terms of Participation

1. Promoters

The prize draw is run jointly by:

The lead promoter for running the prize draw and the draw itself is Next Level Erlebnisse GmbH. You may also direct any question to hallo@nextlevel-erlebnisse.de.

2. Eligibility

Open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and reside in Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom or Ireland.

The minimum age of 18 applies because the main prize is a trip and the winner has to enter into a travel contract for it.

Employees of the promoters and of the participating venues and their family members are excluded, as is anyone involved in designing or running the campaign.

Each person may register once and only with their own email address. Multiple registrations under different addresses, registrations with someone else's or disposable addresses, and automated registrations lead to the exclusion of all affected entries.

3. Entry period

Registration is possible from the moment registration opens on amarufiles.com.

Entries can be earned until 30 October 2026, 23:59 (Europe/Berlin time zone). Registrations, confirmations and post submissions after that moment do not take part in the draw.

In all cases the promoters' server time is decisive, not the time on your device.

4. How to take part

You register on amarufiles.com with your email address, choose a venue and accept these terms. You then receive an email with a confirmation link. Your participation takes effect once you have completed that confirmation.

Participation is free of charge. Only the usual costs of your internet access apply. No purchase and no visit to a venue is required to take part or to have a chance of winning.

Participation does not depend on whether you additionally consent to receiving marketing emails. That consent is voluntary and does not affect your chance of winning.

5. Entries: three routes

Each entry takes part in the draw once. There are three ways to earn entries:

First, sign up: your registration, confirmed by email, earns one entry. This entry is available once per person.

Second, invite friends: after confirmation you receive a personal invitation link. For every additional person who registers through that link with their own email address and confirms their registration, you earn one further entry. Each invited person counts once, no matter how often they open the link. The link a person registered through is the one that counts; it cannot be changed afterwards. Inviting yourself, using the same address more than once or registering people without their knowledge earns nothing. Sharing the link on its own, opening WhatsApp or copying the link is not an invitation.

Third, share your experience: you publish your own video of your visit to The Amaru Files on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook, tag the profile @amaru.files in it and use the hashtag #AmaruFiles in the caption. You then submit the link to that post on amarufiles.com. We review the post within seven days. If it meets the requirements, you earn one further entry. This entry is available once per person, regardless of how many posts you publish. A post can only count for one participant.

Requirements for the post: the post must be publicly accessible and remain public until the draw, be your own, show your own visit and must not infringe the rights of third parties. People shown in it must agree to its publication. We are not obliged to share or comment on a post. If a post is rejected we tell you on amarufiles.com; after a rejection you may submit a different post.

Visiting a venue and solving the files on amarufiles.com are part of the story but not a way to earn an entry. The video under the third route requires a visit; the other two routes are entirely free.

We reserve the right to cancel entries obtained in breach of these terms, in particular through disposable addresses, addresses with no real person behind them or automated registrations.

6. Pre-access and the premiere on 13 October 2026

Your confirmed registration by 12 October 2026 activates priority access to booking the premiere on 13 October 2026.

Premiere booking runs exclusively through personal, time-limited links that we send by email. Such a link is not a reservation, not a free ticket and no guarantee of a place.

Places on 13 October 2026 are limited and are allocated in the order of completed bookings. First to book, first to have a place.

Attending the premiere is subject to the venue's current price. Pre-access has no effect on your entries or your chance of winning.

Anyone registering on or after 13 October 2026 can still earn entries, but no access to the premiere.

7. Prize

The main prize is a trip for two people to the Amazon region. There is one main prize.

Travel dates, departure airport and the included services (flights, accommodation, programme) are agreed with the winner after the draw and determined by the promoters at their reasonable discretion; there is no entitlement to particular services, travel dates or a particular duration. The trip must be taken within twelve months of the draw.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the prize does not include: travel to the departure airport, travel insurance, visa and entry fees, vaccinations and medical precautions, meals outside the agreed services, tips and personal expenses.

The travellers are responsible for valid travel documents, the entry requirements of the destination country and their own fitness to travel. The travel companion must also be of legal age or travel accompanied by a legal guardian.

The travel contract is concluded between the winner and the tour operator carrying out the trip. The tour operator's terms apply to the travel services.

Second prize, free early access: at every participating venue we draw free places for the premiere on 13 October 2026 for the winner and one companion, at the venue chosen at registration. Three winners are drawn per venue, i.e. three times two places per venue. The prize is the place only; travel, accommodation and any other costs are borne by the winner. The places are tied to the premiere day and the chosen venue, are not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. If the prize is not taken up it lapses. Priority access to paid premiere booking under section 6 is unaffected.

The prize cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred to another person.

8. Determining the winner

The trip is drawn at random on 31 October 2026 from all entries earned by the end of the entry period. The draw is not public.

Free early access is drawn on 11 October 2026, separately for each venue, from all entries of persons whose registration was confirmed by 10 October 2026, 23:59, and who chose that venue. An entry that wins early access still takes part in the draw for the trip.

Each entry takes part in the draw once. Three entries therefore mean three times the chance.

The pool of entries is frozen and logged at the moment of the draw so that the draw remains verifiable. Two reserve winners are drawn in a fixed order as well.

9. Notification and acceptance

The winner is notified within seven days of the draw at the email address confirmed at registration; for early access on the day of the draw, because the premiere follows two days later. For early access the acceptance period is 24 hours, after which the next person drawn moves up. The winner's name is only published with their consent.

The prize must be accepted in text form within 14 days of receiving the notification. If it is not accepted within that period, the claim lapses and the next reserve winner is notified.

Additional details are required to arrange the trip, in particular name, date of birth, address and the identity document details of both travellers needed for the booking. If these details are not provided within the stated period, the claim lapses as well.

Before handing over the prize we check that the conditions of participation are met, in particular age, residence and compliance with section 5.

10. Taxes

To the extent that a flat-rate tax on non-cash benefits is due on the prize in Germany, the promoters bear it. Any further taxation of the prize under the law of the winner's country of residence is the winner's responsibility.

11. Exclusion

We reserve the right to exclude participants who breach these terms, in particular for multiple registrations, automated or manipulative registrations, false details or someone else's email address, submitted posts that are not the participant's own, and any attempt to circumvent the allocation of entries.

Entries already awarded can be withdrawn in these cases and a prize already handed over can be reclaimed.

12. Ending the campaign

We reserve the right to cancel or end the campaign at any time without notice if it can no longer be run properly for technical or legal reasons. No claim for compensation arises from this unless we caused the cancellation intentionally or through gross negligence.

13. Data protection

Which data we process, on which legal basis, how long we keep it and which rights you have is set out in our privacy notice.

Your data is processed to run the prize draw. It is passed to third parties only where necessary for that purpose, for the trip in particular to the tour operator carrying it out.

14. The map of Europe

The map shown on the website is a stylised representation of the campaign. The percentages per city are based on the ratio of confirmed registrations between the cities and are not infection figures or any other measurement.

15. Applicable law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the participant habitually resides remain unaffected, as do places of jurisdiction that mandatorily exist in favour of consumers.

The German version of these terms prevails. The English version is a translation for information. In case of discrepancies the German version applies, to the extent permitted by the law of the participant's state of residence.

16. Severability

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.

17. Version

Version 2026-09-23-2.

These terms apply in the version valid at the time of your registration. We store with your registration which version that was.
